Denwer. I don't know why you have chose xaamp at beginning, denwer is better for users that starting their 1st server.

No. You also need maps, dbc, vmaps(not necessarily). In addition you must remove .dist from files oregoncoreconf.conf.dist and oregonrealm.conf.dist
Нет. Вам еще нужны папки maps, dbc, vmaps(не обязательно). Кроме этого, Вам нужно удалить расширение .dist с файлов oregoncoreconf.conf.dist и oregonrealm.conf.dist

Delete folder Build and create new. Then use cmake and after this compile core in Relesae mode. Everything should be fine(i haven't any problems).
P.S. make sure that you configure in cmake for MV 2010
P.S.S. on your screenshot core is compiled
